The water and gas-tight container comprises a housing 1 of a carrier material, an inner layer 2 of water or gas-tight material in the form of a shell 3 or a gasket 4, a re-closable unit 5 consisting of a frame 6 installed in the housing 1 and a lid 7 made with the possibility of placement in the frame 6. The cover 7 in cross section contains a convex section 8 made in one piece with the top part of the cover and having a peripheral edge 9 in the bottom part located in a plane parallel to the axis of the housing 1. The frame 6 in cross section has a concave section 10 located in a plane parallel to the axis of the housing 1, and made in one piece with the upper part 11 of the frame 6, and in the lower part has a peripheral edge 12 cut into a cone downwards, which has the ability to interact with the peripheral edge of the cover 7 by means of a sealing or sealing closing means 13. The container is intended primarily to support the inner layer 2 and the re-closable block 5 and can be made of any durable and resistant material and, for example cardboard or plastic material.
As a rule, the container is closed at the bottom or bottom, and at the top is open. It is recommended to make a container from cardboard, in particular from a flat perforated container blank, which connects with the shell along one side, and preferably along the corner, which makes it possible to close or close the container in its lower part, for which special closures are provided5. The inner layer 2 can be made of any elastic material that can be molded in the form of a bag having a bottom, side walls and an open top, for example a plastic material, a plastic-aluminum laminate, or from any other water- or gas-tight material. The bottom or bottom of the bag is flat without any seams. The bag can be double folded and join along two opposite side edges, with its bottom or bottom part having a corresponding shape in cross section, for example, rectangular. Each triangular tab 14, which is formed adjacent to the bottom 15 of the bag, is folded on a short adjacent side. The bottom or bottom of the bag 15 is intended to form the upper part of the finished container, usually the marks are filled and closed in the upper part, i.e. from the bottom of the finished container.
To form an impermeable face re-closing block
it is necessary that the water- and gas-tight inner layer 2 is tightly connected to the reclosable block 5, but it is desirable that at least most of this layer can be isolated or separated from the container or that it can be glued to the container in a dotted manner, for example, at or near the bottom or bottom of the container. To do this, the reclosable block is made with a flat bottom surface opposite to which the layer 2 is joined,
The lid 7 is connected to the frame 6 by loops 16. The peripheral edge 12 of the frame 6 in the lower part has a flat bottom surface 17 of such width that the flat upper side of the inner layer 2 can form an impermeable and firm connection with the frame.
The cavity of the cover 7 forms an impermeable bottom part of the cover 18 on the uppermost part of the peripheral edge 9.

the implementation of the inner layer 2 of the shell 3 sealing or sealing locking means 13 can be made in the form of a protrusion on the outer surface of the peripheral edge 9 of the cover 7, the inner surface of which is beveled at an obtuse angle to the outer surface of the peripheral edge 9, and the corresponding ledge on the inner surface peripheral edges 12 of frame 6, the upper surface of which is beveled under blunt fragile to the inner surface of the peripheral edge 12 of frame 6. Means 13 in this case created a snap locking between the cover 7 and the frame 6. The frame 6 can be performed with an inverted U-shaped groove 19 into which can be introduced and be secured therein the upper edge of the outer container, for example by adhesive, wax or other similar material.
When the inner layer 2 is made in the form of a shell 3, the bottom surface 17 of the frame can be made perpendicular to the axis of the housing 1 and is lower than the bottom part of the cover 18 and connected to the shell 3. I
It is possible to perform such a re-closable block 5, in which it is intended only for sealing (sealing) and blocking against the frame 6 near its upper edge.
For this, a sealing edge 20 is formed near the upper edge of the frame 6. and the corresponding sealing rim 21 of the lid is formed flush with the bottom of the lid 1G.
The container blank is molded until the tube finally forms an open container, after which the reclosable block 5 is attached to the upper edge of the container, and the water- and gas-tight layer 2 is folded and joined along its sides, after which it is given a predetermined cross section are introduced into the container and attached, for example, by welding to the bottom surface 17 of the frame. After that the container is turned on. The inner layer 2 is sealed from the bottom side and filled from its bottom, and the lower or bottom flaps of the outer container are folded and attached to each other. If appropriate,
This layer can be attached to the outer container, for example, using a point gluing method or welding with narrow rollers in or near the bottom part so that the bag is always in a given position inside the outer container.
Packed goods are hermetically sealed with an inner layer, and if necessary, the layer is opened in that part of the bottom (top) of the layer, which is located inside the sealing edge 20 of frame 6, and in this case the layer can be simply cut or opened in any known way. . Depending on the sealed connection of the upper part of the layer with the bottom or bottom surface of the frame, the packaged goods have no possibility 20 for penetration between the layer and the reclosable block 5 or between the layer 2 and the container, and after closing with the cover 7, a container is obtained that is re-closing - 25 years When the inner layer 2 is made in the form of a gasket 4, the latter can be a foil plate sealed tightly on the edge 12 of the frame 6 and the inner surface of the body 1.
The container shell can be made from any rigid material, for example from sheet metal, or from

a three-layer material, such as cardboard, aluminum, and a weldable plastic material as the inner layer.
Such a container is hermetically sealed in its lower part, for example, by means of an inner cap-like lower part, which is welded to the inner layer of the tubing-tube, and this connection is facilitated by a flange or rim that extends vertically upwards, which is formed on the said cap parts. In this case, the container is filled with the appropriate material 23 to a level that guarantees the installation of the reclosable block 5.
The reclosable block consists of an edge frame 24 and a cover 25, which is hinged to the said frame. The edging frame 24 is provided with a downwardly extending neck 26, which in shape and dimensions corresponds to the inside of the shell and which may be slightly tapered. The neck 26 has a flat bottom side with a bottom surface that provides the joint by welding or with an adhesive hermetic sealing plate of the foil from the material that is weldable. After breaking the sealing or sealing plate of the foil, the neck 26 forms an opening 27 and allows free access to the packaged goods 28. The cover 25 is connected by rotation loops 29 to the edge frame 24, this cover is also provided with a neck 30 which is identical to the neck 26 of the edge frame whereby it is possible to re-close the lid 25 in the edge frame 24 under dust- and vapor-tight conditions. The edging frame 24 in J of the upper part of the neck 26 is provided with a locking means in the form of a flange 31 fixed to the frame 24 and the neck 26, designed for elastic or hermetic working engagement with the outside of the neck (frame) of the cover 25 to form a bent inward and downward shape. The gas pressure inside the container tends to press the flange 31 even more tightly and press it tightly against the neck 30 of the lid 25. The resealable lid can be manufactured together with the snap-in lid.

such as plastic, cardboard, or other similar material. The shell is made from a flat blank, which is molded to form a tubular casing with a rectangular cross section and rounded corners as a result of joining through an overlapping joint or preferably with a butt joint 22, for example with an inner connecting strip. The source material of the container shell tube is coated on at least one side (which will be the inner side of the container) with a weldable material, for example a weldable polymeric (resin) material that is also vapor-and gas-tight. If the different parts of the container are to be connected by welding with high frequency currents, then it is recommended to use as the starting material for the manufacture of the container.

The lid opens if the collar 33, which is provided with a slit, is slightly moved to the side.
After the lid 25, together with the gasket 4 in the form of a sealing or j 5 sealing Foil, is moved downward along the shell, protruding in the direction of the foil. It can be fitted with a sealing rim 34 designed to hermetically fasten on the inner layer of the tubular casing using welding or glue, and located in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the housing 1 between the outer surface of the neck 26 and the inner surface of the casing 1. It is a method of welding with high-frequency currents (or ultrasonic welding), therefore it is desirable that the Foil be represented by an aluminum layer that is sensitive and readily receives currents of high hour and which is facing the side of the edge frame, and a layer of plastic material that can be welded and facing the tube-40 shell. On the other hand, this foil can be represented by a three-layer material: plastic material - aluminum - plastic material25

hermetically sealed to the frame, then this container can be re-closed under dustproof or waterproof, and even under non-permeable conditions.
The insertion of the reclosable lid 25 together with the foil gasket 4 into the body 1 can be accomplished with a simple pressing device, whereby the upper part of the body 1 can be displaced towards the outer frame.
The gasket is fastened as follows.
The foil gasket 4 is welded on the portion of the first stage A to the inner surface of the body 1 by the rim 34, after which the frame 24 is inserted into the body 1 and welded to the rim 34 "Billet" on the portion of the second stage B.
There is an alternative mounting option, according to which the frame 24 and the foil are separated from each other, but both these parts can be rigidly connected together in a knot, and pressed through the open end of the housing 1 with the possibility of mounting on the inner surface of the housing 1 and the rim 34 foils at the same time during the execution of the same operation in section AB.
In addition, it is possible that the foil and the frame 24 are also separated from each other and they are also welded to the inner surface of the housing 1 in two steps A and B in areas one under the other, with the frame 24 being at some distance over the foil in order to seal between the foil and the frame 24 together with the gas-tight internal
So that the sealing foil could be a layer of the sheath tube, and the resealable cover 25 can be separated from the edge frame.
La easily and securely welded to the neck 26 of the frame 24 and simultaneously with this neck welded to the inner surface of the tube-shell. As usual, the sealing foil may be made together with a device for tearing it in order to access the packaged goods or the sealing foil may be resolved, for example, with a knife. In both cases, a sealed joint is formed between the frame frame 26 and the inner surface of the housing 1. Assuming the cap
